This portal provides background information for KIT's training programme on laboratory quality management, which enables laboratories in resource-constrained countries to improve the quality of their services. The GLOBE portal, maintained by Fondation Mérieux, is dedicated to the improvement and the strengthening of expertise as well as the development of the networking between healthcare professionals. The GLOBE portal is oriented towards three themes: diagnosis, surveillance and epidemiology, and vaccinology.
KIT Biomedical Research will again organize this 2-week course from 1 to 12 October 2012 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The course is open to diagnostic laboratory managers who would like to introduce a quality management system and improve the organization and management of their laboratories.
